Consequently after the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 12,491,022 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 124,910,220/- to 12,499,522 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 124,995,220/-. |
