1. The Company a implement an Employee Stock option Scheme (ESOPS) for all eligible employees and to appoint a Compensation Committee for devising the scheme of ESOPS. Further the Committee be empowered to appoint a suitable Merchant Banker and also fix a suitable date for conducting an extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) to get Shareholders approval for the scheme.
2. The “Compliance Officer” of the Company be changed to S.N. Sateesh Kumar Who is a Senior Manager — Accounts and Secretarial of 8K Miles software services Limited.
