Further the Company inform that, upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 28, 2014, have decided to appoint M/s. Khanna & Panchmia, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in order to fill the above casual vacancy. They will hold Office upto the conclusion of 28th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 24, 2014. |
