1. Increase in the Authorized Share Capital from Rs 25 crores divided into 2,50,00,000
equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 40 crores divided into 4,00,00,000 Rs 10 each.
2. Increase in the Borrowing Power Limit of Board from Rs 100 crores to Rs 300 crores.
3. Granting of Options to the Employees and Non Executive Directors (including Independent Directors) of the Company (ESOP Scheme - 2007).
4. Granting of Options to the Employees and Non Executive Directors (including Independent Directors) of Subsidiary Companies of the Company (ESOP Scheme - 2007).
5. Raise the funds upto Rs 250 crores. |
