Further to our letter on the above captioned subject, there is an misprint in the 'headings' of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2017 ('financial statements'), which has been duly corrected and accordingly we are enclosing herewith the financial statements with the corrected 'headings'. Inadvertently, in the audited standalone financial results for the year ended 31st March 2017, Sr. No. 9 - Reserve excluding revaluation reserves as per balance sheet of previous accounting year, the figure mentioned is 73,345 (Rs. in Lakhs), which shall be read as '73,377' (Rs. in Lakhs). Further, we would like to submit that there is no change in the financial results submitted earlier. Kindly take the said financial statements on record.
