| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/07/2016 15:52:35 | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Bank has received a notice from the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) informing their decision to go on a one day Strike on Friday, 29th July, 2016 in support of their various demands and issues.
Employees of the Bank belonging to the above referred Union/ Association may participate in the proposed strike on 29th July, 2016 which may affect the normal functioning of the Bank during the day. The above strike is at Industry level and not at Bank level issues.
If the strike materializes, the normal functioning of the Bank’s branches/offices is likely to be affected. The Bank is taking all necessary steps to minimize the impact of strike so as to provide the normal banking services to its customers. |
