| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2010, inter alia;
1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.
2. To consider a proposal to sub-divide the equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company into such denomination as the Board may deem appropriate, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. To fix book closure date for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting.
4. To approve the date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
