| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/08/2016 15:10:11 | Neuland Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider a proposal to merge Neuland Health Sciences Private Limited (Holding Company) ("NHSPL") and Neuland Pharma Research Private Limited (subsidiary of NHSPL) ("NPRPL") with Neuland Laboratories Limited ("the Company").
Further, as per the provisions of the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in the shares of the Company is closed from August 24, 2016 to August 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) and will be reopened on August 30, 2016 for the aforementioned purpose. |
