We also submit herewith the Audit Report dated 27th May, 2017, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the said financial results of the Company, which were duly placed before the Board at the aforesaid meeting, which commenced at 04.00 p.m. and concluded at 04.30 p.m.
