| Exchange Disseminated Time | Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia:
1. recommended the dividend @ Re. 0.50 per equity share i.e. 5% on equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; and
2. Adopted "Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI)" and "Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and Reporting of Insider Trading" under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations 2015 and made it applicable with immediate effect. |
