| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has informed BSE that ITNL Offshore Two Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, incorporated in Singapore, has mandated CLSA Limited, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank to act as Joint Lead Managers for a RMB denominated Notes.
The Notes are proposed to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and the issue is expected to be launched in the near future subject to market conditions. |
