1. To approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.
3. To recommend payment of dividend for the year 2014-15, if any.
4. To consider and approve Scheme of Amalgamation between Anjaney Alloys Limited (a 100% subsidiary of the Company) and the Company.
5. To consider issue of Bonus Share, subject to approval of shareholders.
Further, trading window will be closed from May 14, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
