The record dates ascertain members eligible to receive will be fixed in due course. Details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Discloser Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') are enclosed as Annexure -1. The issue of Bonus shares is subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
