B S R & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting as the present Auditors, M/s. S. N. Dhawan &. Co. did not wish to be re-appointed/ ratified to be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
In view of the above, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from June 10, 2016 to June 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
