| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/01/2017 15:17:24 | Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2017, has approved the allotment of 2,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to Mr. Amitabh Suri, Chief Operating officer and 3,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Mr. Charath Ram Narsimhan, Chief Executive officer of the Company pursuant to exercise of options vested under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011.
The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,45,42,600/- (37271300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each) to Rs. 7,58,82,600/- (37941300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each).
