Sub: Closure of Trading Window
We hereby inform that in terms of the Insider Trading Code of the Bank, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Tuesday, December 26, 2017 upto two trading days after the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results, for Bank's employees / Directors / Promoters and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly.
