"House of Pearl Fashions Ltd (HOPFL) through its Subsidiary, House of Pearl Fashions (US) Ltd has signed a Multi-year License Agreement with Geoffrey Beene, LLC for Men's Casual Slacks, Casual Shorts and Dress Slacks under the Geoffrey Beene Label.
Geoffrey Beene, Inc. was founded in 1963 and is currently operated by its President and CEO, Tom Hutton.
"House of Pearl is a strong addition to our portfolio of licenses," said Merle Sloss, Beene's Executive Vice President and President of Licensing. "We are confident that the collection will compliment our existing licensed products. House of Pearl is a vertically integrated company whose parent company is based in India. House of Pearl's manufacturing capabilities will add value to the Geoffrey Beene product," she added. The House of Pearl entry will reflect Geoffrey Beet modern style and attention to detail.
"Our strength in design, manufacturing and distribution coupled with the strong recognition of the Geoffrey Beene brand is a winning combination," said Mahesh Seth, House of Pearl's President. "We are very pleased with our new association."
