| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nagreeka Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 26, 2005, have passed special resolution authorizing the Board to offer and allot 28,00,000 equity linked warrants to some of the promoters / management group Companies.
Further the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 10, 2006 for issue and allotment of 28,00,000 equity linked warrants to some of the promoters / management group Companies, pursuant to EGM Special Resolution as referred above. |
