| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2014 to September 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the meeting will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration, to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on September 10, 2014.
