Further, pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, the Trading Window under the Company's Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)" (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code with immediate effect from August 05, 2016, to August 15, 2016 (both day inclusive). |
