| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company current financial year 2013-2014 is from October 01, 2013 to September 30, 2014. In order to comply with Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has extended its financial year 2013-2014 by 6 (Six) months i.e. upto March 31, 2015 and the same was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai through Order dated September 25, 2014.
Accordingly, the Accounts of the Company for the Accounting year ending on March 31, 2015 shall be prepared for a period of 18 (eighteen) months from October 01, 2013 to March 31, 2015. |
