1. The Board discussed and approved the disinvestment of holding in M/s. Balaji Sourcings Private Limited.
2. The Board discussed and approved further investment in M/s. Balaji Greentech Products Limited. Subsequent to this investment, M/s. Balaji Greentech Products Limited will become a subsidiary of the Company. |
