Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 058, inter alia, to consider the following Business:
1. To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016 as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. To fix the Date of Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of Declaration of Dividend and for 33rd Annual General Meeting.
3. In terms of the Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information alongwith Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from July 29, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
