| Exchange Disseminated Time | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on August 05, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
- Authority to the Board to create, offer, issue and allot from time to time, in one or more tranches, equity shares not exceeding 14,00,000 (Fourteen Lakhs Only) on a preferential basis to the M/s. Celebrity Connections (a partnership firm, wherein the promoters Mr. V. Rajagopal and Mrs. Rama Rajagopal are the only partners), Mr.V.Rajagopal, Chairman & Managing Director and to Mr. S. Surya Narayanan, Executive Director in accordance with the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations or other provisions of law as may be prevailing at the time and at a price arrived at in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. |
