| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/05/2016 13:58:09 | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2016 and also to recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Bank for the said period.
Further, Pursuant to Code 5.1 of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 till May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank’s shares by the Directors and designated employees of the Bank as defined in the “Code of Conduct". The Trading window shall open for trading on May 31, 2016. |
