| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 30, 2009 and Balance Sheet on date together with the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ 10% (i.e. Rs 0.50 per share) on equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009.
3. Re-appointment of Dr.(Mrs.). H K Bal, Sh. Amarjeet Singh , Prof. Kanwar Sain Maini & Prof. Jawahar Lal Oswal, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of M/S Gupta Vigg & Co., Chartered Accountants Ludhiana, as Auditors of the Company for the year 2009-2010 to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company at remuneration, terms & conditions. |
