| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors of the Company vide resolutions by circulation with effective date as February 01, 2013, has approved the following:
1. Appointment of Mr. Vijay Singh Dugar and Mr. Ameet B Naik, as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company. They will act as Independent Directors in terms of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement and other applicable law, if any.
2. Resignation of Mr. Anil Baijal as the Chairman and Director of the Company with effect from December 26, 2012.
3. Mr. Vijay Singh Dugar and Mr. Ameet B Naik were also appointed as the members of the Audit Committee. |
