| Exchange Disseminated Time | Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2015, has approved issuance of 4,62,96,297 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each (the "Equity Shares"), at a price of Rs 108/- (Rupees One Hundred Eight only) each aggregating up to Rs. 5,00,00,00,076 /- (Rupees Five Hundred Crore and Seventy Six Only), including a premium of Rs. 106/- per share to the proposed allottees.
The proposed issue and allotment of Equity Shares on a preferential basis will be subject to the approval of shareholders and shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules thereunder and other applicable provisions. |
