| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:
1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015; and
2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, with reference to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company inform that the Trading Window, for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by the Directors/KMP/designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, will remain closed from May 16, 2015 to May 29, 2015. |
