1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended as on March 31, 2015: and
2. To consider and recommend Dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15 (if any).
For the abovementioned purpose the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company would be closed w.e.f. May 15, 2015 to May 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
