2.The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from, Saturday, September 19, 2017 to Monday, September 25, 2017 (both days inclusive).
3.The cut-off date for the purpose of the e-voting is September 19, 2017.
4.The e-voting will commence from September 22, 2017 at 9 a.m. and will close at September 24, 2017 at 5 p.m.
