Hence, the point no. 3 should be read as under:
    The Registered Office of the Company will be shifted from 687, Anandapur E.M. Bypass 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700107 to Acropolis, 13th Floor, 1858/1, Rajdanga Main Road, Sector I, East Kolkata Township, Kolkata - 700107 with effect from 15th December, 2017.
