In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you the following-
1. Shri Prem Kumar Bhajanka has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 1st August, 2018 (present term expires on 31st July, 2018).
2. Shri Vishnu Khemani has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 1st August, 2018 (present term expires on 31st July, 2018).
All the aforesaid appointments are subject to the approval of shareholders.
