    Intimation regarding submission of financial results under regulation 33
    (3)(b)(i) of SEBI (lODR) Regulations, 2015

    1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the unaudited financial results of the Company will be reported on a standalone basis for the remaining quarter(s) (CSL incorporated new subsidiary during 03) of the financial year 2017-18.

    2. The Company shall not submit its consolidated financial results on quarterly basis.
