Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2011 and all the resolutions as mentioned in the notice were passed by the members including the resolution relating to declaration of dividend i.e. Ps. 0.40 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2010-11.
