| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Dilip J. Thakkar, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014 in order to comply with provision of Section 165(1) of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II)(B)(2) of Listing Agreement with respect to limitation in maximum number of Directorship in Listed Companies.
Further Shri Shaunak J. Thacker, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014 in order to comply with provision of Section 149(6)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II)(B)(1)(b)(ii) of the Listing Agreement. |
