1. Mr. D. K. Gupta has been appointed as Nominee Director of Stake Bank of India with immediate effect.
2. Mr. Aditya Goyal, Non Executive, Non Executive Director has resigned from the Board due to his pre occupations vide his resignations letter dated October 27, 2014.
3. Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal has been redesignated as Managing Director of the Company. |
