The said results are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, the 30th May, 2017 at Jaipur.

It is further informed that Board of Directors have considered and approved Final Dividend of Re. 1.00/- per share to the Members of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at General Meeting for the financial year ending 31st March 2017.
