Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Company has entered into Shareholders' Agreement with Kuber Global Funds on 25th May, 2017. This is in pursuation of the unanimous Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28th April, 2017 approving preferential issue of Equity Shares to Kuber Global Fund.
