Further, in view of the Company's Code of Conduct above information is Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Officers and Designate Employees from the opening of trading hours on May 11, 2015 till closure of the trading hours on May 28, 2015.
