Approve Initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares of Diamond Power Transformers Limited on the SME Exchange.
Further, the Company has informed that the above agenda is subject to approval of shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and regulatory authorities as and where applicable. |
