Further, as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016 for all the Designated Persons (including Promoters and Directors) of the Company from May 21, 2016 till 48 hours of working days after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e. till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
