3. To increase in remuneration of Shri Jitendra Kumar Agarwal, Executive Director of the Company.
4. To issue Postal Ballot Notice to the Shareholders of the Company pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, ("the Act") read with Rule 22 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 for taking approval of the Shareholders on the matters specified therein. |
