| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/01/2017 15:09:50 | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016 and to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2016-17 and to decide on the Record Date.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from 4.00 pm on January 24, 2017 and will end 48 hours after the third quarter financial results are made public on February 03, 2017. |
