1. To consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).
2. To consider and approve appointment of new statutory Auditor on rotation of existing auditor, subject to members approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Company's securities by the Designated persons shall remain closed till Wednesday, February 8, 2017. |
