| Exchange Disseminated Time | Neuland Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the acquisition of shares of Neuland Laboratories Ltd. (the Company) by Neuland Health Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (NHS) from the Promoters of the Company through inter-se transfer of shares amongst the Promoter group through off-market, the shareholding of NHS in the Company has gone up to 50.05%.
Consequently, in terms of section 4(1)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act, 1956, the Company, Neuland Laboratories Ltd., has become a subsidiary Company of NHS. |
