| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2016 17:03:11 | Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2016, inter alia, to take on record, the unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 and to consider the declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2016-2017.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from October 14, 2016 to October 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
