Further, as per Clause 5 of the "code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in securities by insiders, the trading window will remain closed from August 06, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the specified person of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on August 17, 2015. |
