| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 04, 2015, Goa Carbon Ltd has now informed BSE that the operations at the Company's Paradeep Unit located at Vill. Udayabata, Paradeep. Dist. Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, have been resumed from February 09, 2015 consequent to the letter received from the Regional Officer, State Pollution Control Board, Paradeep for consent to operate.
The estimated financial impact of the shutdown of the Company's Paradeep Unit on account of the closure order of the State Pollution Control Board, Odisha would be a short fall in the sales to the extent of approximately 60,000 MT amounting to approximately Rs. 120 crores. |
