1. The Board has recommended a final dividend @ 60% which is Rs. 1.20/- per share of Rs. 2/- each to the Equity Shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2015.
2. The Board has declared Issuance of Bonus Shares to Equity Shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 1 (One) Equity Share. |
